Referral fee
Approved referral partners can earn up to 20% of the net project value for qualified projects that close and are paid.
Referral fees are paid only after Kosmica Labs receives payment from the client. If the client pays in milestones, the referral fee is paid proportionally as those payments are received.
The referral fee is calculated excluding VAT, taxes, refunds, banking fees, pass-through costs, third-party costs, paid advertising budgets, hosting costs, or other non-service revenue items.

If a qualified referred project closes at €10,000 net project value and the agreed referral fee is 20%, the referral partner earns €2,000, paid proportionally as Kosmica Labs receives payment from the client.
Rules

Leads must be submitted or approved before formal sales discussions begin.
Kosmica Labs may reject leads that are not a good fit, already known, already in discussion, or outside the scope of our services.
Referral partners cannot make pricing promises, delivery commitments, technical guarantees, discounts, or contractual promises on behalf of Kosmica Labs.
Referral fees apply only to approved and qualified leads.
Payment is made only after Kosmica Labs receives payment from the client.
Final terms may be confirmed in writing before the referral is accepted.
